About This Role

We are looking for our first Sales Development Representative to join our Marketing and Sales team. This role will be helping us build our SDR team and will be an active member in creating sales processes and procedures with our team.


  • Represent our company’s products and services, starting with a comprehensive understanding and leading to consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs
  • Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for next steps
  • Utilize HubSpot and Sales Navigator, cold calling and email to generate new sales opportunities
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market

Required Skills and Experience

  • 1+ years of SDR experience in the competitive B2B industry.
  • Tech-oriented
  • Proficiency with HubSpot or other CRM software
  • Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
  • Team player and great interfacing capabilities.
  • Passionate and positive attitude.
  • Dynamic, high energy, independent, “can do” attitude
  • Amazing, impressive communication skills – written / verbal
  • Native English level – MUST

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Understanding of Cybersecurity, Networking fundamentals
  • Good knowledge of blockchain technologies (Smart contracts, Public/PrivateBlockchains, Consensus protocols, etc.)
